Getting started
Welcome to Viglan — managed, security-first hosting. Here's how everything works, from ordering to going live.
How do I order?
Pick a plan on our Pricing page (or build a custom package), choose monthly or annual billing, and submit the order form. There's no online payment step — we review your order and send you an invoice with payment details.
How do I pay?
We bill offline. Your invoice shows the amount due and our bank-transfer / mobile-wallet details. After paying, upload your payment screenshot on the invoice page (or send it on WhatsApp) and we'll confirm and set everything up.
Do you show prices in PKR?
Yes. Prices show in PKR by default — use the PKR/USD toggle in the top bar to switch. Local invoices are issued in PKR.
When does my site go live?
As soon as we confirm your payment. For new hosting we create your account and email your control-panel login. Migrating? We move your site with zero downtime.
Can you move my existing site?
Yes — migration is free and your site stays online during the move. If it's infected we clean it first. Start with the Free migration form.
How do I point my domain?
After your account is created, set your domain's nameservers to the ones in your welcome email. DNS changes can take a few hours to propagate.
What about backups?
Every site is backed up daily off-site (cPanel plan: weekly). If something breaks, we can restore quickly.
My site is hacked — can you help?
Yes — malware cleanup and hardening is our specialty. Run a free security scan or message us on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.
How do I get support?
Reply to any invoice or email, or message us on WhatsApp. We're in your timezone and usually reply the same day.
Manage your account
Log in at My account to see your services, renewal dates and invoices, and to pay or upload payment proof. Forgot your password? Use the "email me a login link" option or ask us to reset it.
