By ordering hosting or services from Viglan, you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide managed hosting with active monitoring, daily backups and security support, on a best-effort basis. Features depend on the plan you choose.
Billing
Services are billed in advance (monthly or annual) and provisioned once payment is confirmed. Annual plans are billed for 10 months (2 months free). Renewal invoices are issued before each cycle.
Non-payment
If an invoice stays unpaid past its due date, we may suspend the affected service after a short grace period, and reactivate it once payment is received.
Acceptable use
You agree not to host malware, illegal content, or anything that endangers the server or other customers. We may suspend services that put the platform at risk.
Refunds
Because services are provisioned individually, fees are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.
Liability
We work hard to keep your sites online and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
